Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations are binding. Cancellations and changes up to 24 hours before the appointment can only be made by e-mail. Double bookings on the same day are invalid and will be blocked by the system.

Change of time
Changes of the appointment time are generally not accepted, as they are technically very complex. Please check your selected time carefully.
